1. Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Some items, like personalized or custom-made products, are non-returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, the following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Downloadable software
Sale or clearance items
Personalized or custom-made products
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method.
Refunds can take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Exchange availability depends on stock levels.
5. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We’ll arrange a return or replacement and cover all return shipping costs.
