Heating and Holding Steps
1. After pressing the start button， the default heating temp is 212°F， if you need other temp， you can adjust by rotating the temp knob (The temp heating range is 100℉-212℉). After adjusting the temp， wait a few seconds and the kettle will automatically enter the heating program.
2. After the water is boiled， press the keep warm button， first， turn the knob to adjust the keep warm temp， then press the keep warm button again and turn the knob to adjust the keep warm time， wait for a few seconds and then automatically enter the holding program.
Note: The temp range of holding function is 100°F-205°F and the time is up to two hours. When entering holding function， a small symbol of a coffee cup will light up on the display.
3. If you directly press the keep warm button when setting the heating temp， please note that the selected temp can not exceed 205°F or it cannot enter the holding function.
Temperature Knob
The temperature of the gooseneck kettle can be adjusted by rotating the knob， to the right to increase the temperature， to the left to decrease the temperature， and the step is 1℉.
Base Button
The heated base of the pour over kettle has three buttons. The start/cancel button controls the kettle on and off. You can set a desired temp through the knob and press the keep warm button to keep the water warm. If you want to convert the Celsius temp to Fahrenheit， you can press the °F/°C button.
Gooseneck Design
The design of the gooseneck makes it more precise when pouring water. Precise pouring effectively prevents water from overflowing during pouring. This can give you a tidy table when brewing coffee.
Stable Water Flow
The 0.8cm pour spout can achieve a stable and slow water flow and the speed of the flow can be manually controlled， which is very suitable for manual brewing of coffee and tea.
Fast Boiling
The electric kettle has a large capacity. The strong power of 1200W can boil water in 3 to 5 minutes， which greatly saves your brewing time.
