The SearPLUS feature is a 15k BTU concentrated heat zone with a porcelain-coated diamond pattern cast iron grate for a steakhouse quality sear. The SmokeZONE integrated smoker box fits perfectly between 2 standard burners and may be removed when not in use. The EquiHeat design eliminates hot and cold spots. LED illuminated control knobs for grilling into the evening-hours. The 6 primary burners and side burner provides 77k BTUs of cooking power under a total of 805 sq. in. of cooking space. The 566 sq. in. of primary cooking space across the matte porcelain-coated cast iron cooking grates will easily accommodate up to 27 burgers. The 12K BTU side burner is perfect for sauteing a side dish. A removable 224 sq. in. cast iron griddle is included to add variety to your BBQ menu.
